    C’est beau les gars… Martine nous à jamais montré ce stretch à 6h00…Are you in an advanced class ? The arms are not quite locked in but, don’t worry… practice makes perfect. Ha! Ha! Have a good one!

    10 Step Ups (65/45#) 4 plates 45 + 1 plates 25
    8 Knees to Elbow (russian twist, med. ball 10lbs)db count.

    7 rounds + 9 Step ups

    WOD AMRAP in 12 min of:
    10 step up (5 plate 45) bar the 11 lbs
    8 knee tucks with rings

    9 rounds

    Feels good!!!

    It isn’t constantly easy to remain beneficial, but surrounding myself with fantastic mates plus a suportive loved ones normally can make it much easier. I remind myself continually that every day is actually a gift, and we are lucky to get up each and every early morning and get component in it…
