    Strength: Practice with Westley as group on power cleans

    WOD:

    Session 1 : 2 rounds+4 PU’s (Used 135lbs)
    Session 2 : 2 rounds+1 push jerk. (115lbs)

    (Not too sure about the last session, may have been 3 rounds :) )

    WOD:

    Session 2 : 2 rounds+4 Pull Ups. (avec 115lbs)
    (Manquait juste 2 pullups pour complété ma 3ieme round)
