Garrett LawtonMarine Capt. Garrett T. “Tubes” Lawton, 31, of Charleston, West Virginia was killed by an IED strike in Herat Province, Afghanistan on August 4, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Trisha, and two sons, Ryan, 6, and Caden, 4.

    (PR since being back to crossfit!!)

    75 Squats
    25 Ring Pushups
    25 L-Pullups(2 L-pullups then kipping pull ups for the rest)

    2 rounds+51 squats (timed out at 20min)

    Thank you for the practical review. Me and my neighbor were simply preparing to do a little research about this. We got a grab a book from our location library however I think I discovered more clear from this post. I am very glad to see such excellent info being shared freely out there.
