Depuis que je fais du crossfit j’ai trouvé et développer des choses que je ne croyais pas être capable de faire et sa nous donne plus confiance en soi-même. Ses une 2ième famille, l’encouragement et la motivation qu’on a, on a toujours hâte d’y retourner quand même que s’a fait mal en &()/&@/$??!-#%> et qu’est-ce qui nous aide pour y retourner aussi on a de super bon coaches MERCI!!!! Strength: Push Press (3rm)
95lbs, 100lbs, 110lbs, 125 lbs, 140 lbs PR since my return to crossfit.
Wod:
Timed out at 20 min. 2 rounds less 10 ring dips.
Crossfit: I can’t really define it well, but I do have friends that say my gut is as big as theirs so why do I get up at 5:30 am to do it? Well, it’s like this, if I didn’t, my gut would be bigger, plus I have not watched my diet that closely, but the best part is, I can tell them I am keeping my body as flexible as possible, stretching, working it hard in so many different ways, I can’t but think that if I continue to do it, I will be able to grow older with the best quality of life possible until the end!

Crossfit: I guess i gotta resume that in different paragraphes
Challenging: From the first day i tried it till the end of my last workout Crossift has allowed me to challenge myself on a regular basis. Mentally and physically i have noticed changes.
Humbling: I seriously thought I was in “shape” when I first started but I realized quick enough that I looked in shape but wasn’t even close to where Crossfit has gotten me.
Empowering: Not only with the new found strength I got but also the new family that was given to me. It didn’t feel like going to the gym but going to have fun with friends.
Way of life: I went from being overweight, out of shape, hypertensive, and without focus to a much better me not only for myself but my family and friends. I see myself getting better each day and I am also blessed to be able to see others transform along side of me.
That is what crossfit is to me…

Hey there I am so glad I found your website, I really found you by mistake, while I was searching on Aol for something else, Regardless I am here now and would just like to say thank you for a remarkable post and a all round enjoyable blog (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time to browse it all at the moment but I have book-marked it and also included your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read more, Please do keep up the great job.

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
