WOD AMRAP in 30 min In teams of 2 with one partner working at a time in 3 minute intervals, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of: 20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats Pick up where your partner leads off in each round – i.e., if you finish your 39th squat at the conclusion of the three minutes, your partner will begin with the 40th rep, and then roll immediately into pullups after the 50th squat.

So true, n’est pas une compétition mais un challenge entre notre propre personne notre gros “MOI” I’m pround of my self, jamais j’aurais pense que je ferais crossfit et je suis encore la aujourd’hui après un an. I LOVE IT
