    Pas exactement la photo que tu voir la première chose en déjeunant le matin. Pas certain que deux gars dans un bain de glace dans le milieu d’un champ est l’image qu’on veut donner de Crossfit non plus! lol

    C’est ça le fun avec Crossfit, y’en a toujours des plus fou que toi!

    On sais qu’on est en train de faire un bon WOD quand les pullups sont plus facile que le reste du WOD!

    Nouvelle résolution!

    Suivre instruction et lorsque l’option de 75% est disponible de la prendre. Le strenght avait tellement bien été que j’ai garder le poids de 145lbs au lieu de 75% de mon 1RM de 160.

    Allo frapper un mur!!! Juste le air bag qui a pas sortie…

    Améliorer ma technique, maintenant je squat et pas par exprès, c’est naturelle.

    Les jumping lunges etaient pas mal tough…. Je suis d’accord quand les pull ups sont la partie ou tu prends ton souffle, le workout est pas mal difficile.
