I acutally beleive everyone should watch it.
A real eye opener and will really help you create motivation to stick to eating real food.

Fun Saturday Work out. Fun to train again with Burpee Bob. A real back squat machine ouffff
Strenght. Back Squat New PR 225 (1 rep)
WOD. 6 rds of 1 min Slamball.
6 rds of 1 min KBSwing 53#
Then 3 min Burpees AMRAP
(1 min rest between)
Total. 279 + 32 burpees
