For the last couple of weeks I have been picking up water bottles all over the gym. Please pick them up, empty them in the sink and place them in the recycling bin at the door. Merci! :) If you want to be more eco, fill up a mason jar and reuse it! Less plastic bottles is a good thing for the environment!

Tabata = 20 sec work, 10 sec rest for 8 rounds
