    -20 shoulder to overhead (115lbs)

    WOD 2: EMOM for 10 min
    -6 box jump-overs (24″)
    -12 pushups
    =6 rounds on the min then 9/9/8/8 pushups

    Holy moly, shoulders were caput on the pushups!!

    What do I discover the greatest daily challenge is for me during the school week? I think it would have to be getting my homework done and in fact having a life! Because it takes me so long to do my research, I have to make time to do that first. Normally, nights, after supper, I do not do homework and I just go online and loosen up. I need to put in a great deal of effort for school, so I make evenings my time to catch up on my email, talk with people, etc.
