We now have 16 athletes from the gym registered for the CrossFit Open starting March 6, 2013. (First WOD will be on the following Saturday – March 9)

Je viens de regarder le video et je dit encore que la meilleur place est dans les estrades avec la bière froide. Pour un cardio complet tu marches la chercher et tu changes de bras de temps en temps!
