    800m de run wu#3 press x5 75-85-95-105-115 wod: 10-8-6-4-2 curtis p's 65lbs 20-18-16-14-12 KB swings 53lbs can't remember time... but my guess would be 13:28... ca faite sortir le mechant anyway... good work la gang!!!
